David Clapp has been on the Bismarck-Henning Board of Education since 2005
and has served as Board President since April 2009, as well as BHRA Board since
July 2017. Dave has been instrumental in leading the district in stability and
growth. His business sense and ability to handle tough situations as Board
President have always been well respected.
