Bill Mulvaney is the Superintendent of Armstrong-Ellis Grade School District #61
& Armstrong Township High School District #225. He has been a superintendent
in Armstrong for the past 20 years. Previously, Bill served as a principal, athletic
director, and taught at Armstrong HS. He also coached basketball, baseball,
football, & cross country. Mr. Mulvaney worked in the district for more than 30
years & worked as an interim Superintendent for the 2022-2023 school year.
