Congratulations to Golden Ruler Recipient #47: April McCabe

Throughout her 20 years in the Westville School District, Mrs. McCabe has been
an effective leader and positive role model. She has served on, or led, various
committees throughout the building and District, including the Building
Leadership Team, District Leadership Team, and PBIS. Mrs. McCabe’s input and
leadership on the PBIS team has helped create a great learning environment for
students and staff. In her current role as Assistant Principal at Judith Giacoma
Elementary, Mrs. McCabe does a fantastic job working with students, families, and
staff members. She has a unique ability to understand students and encourage
each student to do his or her best. Mrs. McCabe’s strong leadership skills help to
build positive relationships that make Giacoma a great place to learn and work!
