Clay Woodard is a lifelong resident of Vermilion County and a graduate of the Oakwood CUSD #76 school system. Clay is a member of the Illinois State Police and sits on the Oakwood School Board. Mr. Woodard is leaving the board this year to serve as the Mayor of Oakwood. His most notable achievement has been raising his children in the Oakwood community alongside his wife. His children are fourth-generation Oakwood alumni.
