Billie Hayes is a dedicated and compassionate social worker who goes above and beyond to support both students and staff. She took the initiative to create a student leader/mentor program, fostering a sense of responsibility and guidance among students. When no one else stepped up, she willingly became the Student Council advisor and has helped create numerous fun events for our student population. Always available to students, Billie provides a safe space where every concern is heard and valued. She actively works to build a positive environment for all. Her thoughtfulness shines through in the little things—celebrating every student and staff birthday with treats and starting a "staff shoutout" board to recognize the hard work of her colleagues. Billie's unwavering commitment to uplifting others and strengthening the school community makes her truly deserving of this honor.
