Kate Thorlton is one of our incredible Pre-K teachers at Bismarck-Henning Elementary. Anyone who steps into her classroom can immediately feel the warmth, joy, and passion she brings to teaching. Kate’s heart is fully in it, creating a space where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn. Kate is truly amazing at leading classroom staff and coordinating with outside services to ensure the needs of her preschool students are met. She has a remarkable ability to bring everyone together, aligning their efforts to create a supportive and loving environment for our kids. She’s not just a teacher, she’s a champion for her kids. She meets every child where they are, helping them grow with patience and care. She builds strong relationships with families, knowing that a child’s success is a team effort.
