Mr. James Hasty is a dedicated and dynamic educator whose passion for teaching is evident in everything he does. Originally a math teacher, he eagerly expanded his role to include science and introduced a popular computer science class. He leads Scholastic Bowl and Chess, mentors students in academic competitions, and fosters a supportive and engaging learning environment. Known for his humor—especially his signature Dad jokes—Mr. Hasty makes learning enjoyable while inspiring curiosity and critical thinking.
