Jane Daniels is a truly special part of the Armstrong-Ellis Grade School community. As a sixth- through eighth-grade science and math teacher, she goes far beyond teaching content; she builds meaningful relationships with students and staff that last all year long. Jane’s care for others is evident in everything she does, from greeting everyone with a warm smile to genuinely checking in on their well-being and celebrating their successes. Her creativity and thoughtfulness shine through initiatives like Movement Monday and 5 Minutes of Beauty, which she created to lift spirits, build staff morale, and remind everyone to pause and take care of themselves. Jane has a natural way of making people feel valued, supported, and capable, and her positive presence has a ripple effect throughout the entire building. Armstrong-Ellis is a stronger, happier place because of Jane’s heart, leadership, and unwavering dedication to helping others succeed.
