Micki Bush lays the foundation for our community members to succeed. Whether processing GED requests, organizing trainings for bus drivers, or supporting homeless assistance initiatives, the work she does allows someone to continue their education, get a better job, or even just have shoes on their feet and a coat when it's cold. She is a "do-it-all" woman who is truly deserving of this award.
With the knowledge and experience her tenure has provided, Micki is able to cover any of the front office positions, as well as assist in all ROE departments.
Micki possesses incredible planning skills and attention to detail. She has the desire to make things better and get tasks done. She looks for ways to help others and responds to requests immediately. She is always there to support her co-workers. She is thoughtful, and her kindness is sincere and natural. She checks on her ROE family members. And while a gesture might seem small, the impact is huge.
Never seeking recognition, Micki puts in countless hours of behind-the-scenes work. The ROE is honored to present Micki Bush with the Golden Ruler Award.
