Mackenzie Carrell is an outstanding young educator whose impact is evident across our school community. Her eighth-grade ELA students earned some of the highest county scores on the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR), with an impressive average growth of 20.19 points per student. Beyond the classroom, she serves as our high school cheer coach and a leader on our Ron Clark Academy House Committee. Mackenzie builds strong, positive relationships with both students and staff, evident in her daily actions. She approaches her work with professionalism and purpose, while creating a classroom that is engaging, supportive, and enjoyable for students. She consistently inspires excellence, pride, and confidence in every learner.
