John Tosh has become a defining presence at Westville Junior High School through his leadership, enthusiasm, and deep connection with students. A former social studies teacher, and now principal, he is widely respected by students and staff for embracing the unique energy and challenges of junior high students. He established the annual eighth-grade trip to Washington, D.C., creating lasting learning experiences beyond the classroom. Known across Vermilion County as the Voice of the County Tournament, his enthusiastic starting lineups and willingness to inject fun into learning (even if it means dressing up as Santa Tosh for Christmas) brings joy, connection, and community pride to the Westville school community.
