Kari Pearman is one of those people who quietly makes Armstrong- Ellis Grade School a better place every single day. Whether she’s helping in the kitchen, keeping the building running smoothly, or stepping in wherever she’s needed, Kari does it all with a positive attitude and a genuine care for our school. During lunchtime, especially, Kari shines—she takes the time to talk with students, learn their names, check in on their days, and builds real relationships that make kids feel seen, safe, and valued. Her willingness to help with all aspects of the building never goes unnoticed, and her dedication supports both students and staff in countless ways. Armstrong-Ellis is a warmer, more welcoming place because of Kari, and we are incredibly grateful for the hard work, heart, and pride she brings to our school every day.
