Susan Root has served her students, staff, families and the community of Hoopeston Area for 28 years. She builds relationships with her students and staff and cares for every aspect of the individuals she serves. Mrs. Root has built a great culture for learning and working within Maple Grade School. The daily routine sometimes gets hectic, but Mrs. Root perseveres with a smile on her face and true joy in her heart. Susan Root is an educator that loves her job and the daily interactions with the ones she serves.
