Anita Nixon has stepped into her new role and truly made our entire school better. She not only listens, but she truly understands where teachers are coming from. Any teacher who comes to her leaves with new ideas and strategies to try. Anita cares deeply about every student in our building. She has made the RTI process a real strength at Bismarck-Henning Elementary. She is constantly collaborating with teachers before, during, and after school to support both students and staff. One of the reasons BHES thrives is because of her dedication, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her supporting our students and teachers every day.
