Congratulations to Golden Ruler Winner #45 - Mike Acord, School Board Member

Mike Acord has provided more than a decade of dedicated leadership as a member of the Westville School Board. A proud Westville High School Tiger alumnus, he has remained deeply connected to the district and its students. Beyond the boardroom, he has supported Westville athletics as a volunteer assistant football coach in both the youth program and at Westville High School. During his tenure, he has championed dual enrollment opportunities with Danville Area Community College and the College Express program, helping expand pathways for students pursuing both skilled trades and advanced degrees. His steady service reflects the community’s trust in his leadership and commitment to student success.
