Mrs. Winland greets her students every day with a smile and quick check-in to see how everyone’s day is going. Her students are challenged every day in the classroom with new and fun activities. These activities not only promote learning but also allow her students the opportunity to get to know each other and learn together. She has established a wonderful classroom community. Mrs. Winland maintains high academic standards in her classroom while being equally concerned about all of her students’ well-being outside of the classroom. During this challenging year, Mrs. Winland has made her class a place students want to be every day and one in which they cannot wait to return to the next day.
