Bill Mulvaney is the Superintendent of Armstrong-Ellis Grade School District #61 & Armstrong Township High School District #225. Mr. Mulvaney has been a superintendent in Armstrong for the past 20 years. Previously, Bill served as a principal, athletic director and taught at Armstrong HS, as well as coaching basketball, baseball, football & cross country. Mr. Mulvaney has been in the district for 30 years & will retire at the end of the year.
