Background: Search bar. Text: How do I become a substitute teacher? Make an ELIS Account on ISBE.net Submit an official copy of transcripts to the ROE. Apply for a SUB license in ELIS ($50). Fill out the fingerprint form at the ROE ($65). Make an appointment with Bushue Background Screening. Provide proof of physical to the ROE. Register license in ELIS ($50). Receive your sub authorization for Vermilion County
